If I could give this company less than one star, I would!! What a nightmare this company has been. So they sold me defective wood that I had installed at a cost of $3,500. LL feels as though they are not responsible for the cost of installing their defective wood. And to top everything off with a cherry.... I have to sign a release form from LL lawyers to hush my mouth or I wont get any of my money back. So far its been 6 months and my butt is headed to court to get my $9,000 + that I spent on their crappy cheap flooring. Be aware of their warranty. If they can prove that your house got hotter than 85 degrees, or colder than 65 degrees, your warranty is no longer valid. Oh and their pet and family friendly products don't cover pet nails scratches or even markings from kids toys. Read the fine print, and of course they won't give it to you in the store, you will have to research it online. Trust me and stay away from them. I will be more than happy to talk to you if you have questions, just don't want anyone to go through what I am going through.
