  1 star for customer service, which I hate doing because the food is normally amazing. There’s a new lady working nights there, and the first time I saw her she made a mistake swapping a chicken burrito for a pork, then the next time she made a mistake putting cheese on a bean burrito after being requested multiple times for no cheese, and tonight (after I had a long 16 hour day at work nonetheless) I ordered a #7 no guacamole, extra pico de Gallo. I was told that the burrito never includes guacamole, and I verified this 2 or 3 times with her since normally I have to say no guac. I got it and got home, and then I took a bite into my burrito. I personally hate guacamole, and I was welcomed by a huge mouthful of it. Also, the extra pico I was charged $1 for was left out (there was no pico de Gallo at all). Then I called to try and figure it out, and first of all was greeted very rudely, then after I explained my problem, she said “The cook has been here for 5 years and doesn’t make mistakes, you must be wrong. What does your receipt say?!?” My receipt said the extra pico, however since she swore it didn’t include guac ever, it didn’t say no guac. This she used to further say, “well you should’ve said no guac” and then immediately after said “well the #7 never has guac anyways. “ then she went on to ask me to bring back the food tonight or tomorrow, which is understandable I guess, but after a 16 hour work day and parking my car across the lot and kicking off my boots I didn’t feel up for the drive back to that location. Now, when I worked at KFC, we always took down customer information to fix any errors at a later time (most commonly with replacing the meal a day or 2 later after they brought in a receipt), and we never blamed the customer, and we never needed them to drive all the way back to our location immediately after getting home. That is good customer service, and what I received tonight was definitely not good customer service. I love Castañedas, but this new employee is horrible at customer service, and very misleading about questions customers ask. I apologize for the 1 Star, especially because the food is 5 star worthy, but the customer service I received tonight needs to be noted.
