  This women is unethical and a horrible doctor. I greatly suggest that you never let her near anyone you care for or love. She mis-prescribed and overly drugged my father her patient. Had this gone on for any longer I am convinced she would have killed him.

  Wasn't impressed after the first visit for my mother (who was transported from skilled nursing in a wheelchair to be there and made to wait nearly 2 hours to be seen), as all the patients getting botox were ushered in and out. She put my mother on medication she most likely didn't need, and scheduled a follow up in 2 months.
  
  When we arrived 30 minutes early for our follow up appointment, the office was closed. Locked, lights off, nobody home. I called and got voice mail, left a message and someone called me the next day to reschedule the appointment with no explanation as to why nobody was at the appointment we scheduled.
  
  I work in healthcare, this is not acceptable in any office I know of, and I won't be recommending this office to anyone I know. Needless to say, we've changed to another doctor so my mother can get the care she really needs.
